About Eugenia Hall
Eugenia Hall is owned and operated by the Ford Family; father, Mike Ford and brothers, Ben and Michael Jr., who have been immersed in the Nashville music scene since 2005. Designed by Steve Durr, and constructed by Chris McCollum, the 35’ x 40’ space with a 19’ vaulted ceiling is built to provide musicians and crew a unique, private environment that is equipped with state-of-the-art creative tools and amenities. From a Midas PRO2C house console, Clair monitors and PA System to a 6’1 Yamaha C3 grand piano, Eugenia Hall ensures a productive experience. The facility also houses a production room, a covered load-in area, as well as a lounge and two restrooms. The layout allows clients to use the space for multiple artistic purposes such as photography, filming and special events. The center is available for single-day (8 a.m. to 12 a.m.) or multi-day rentals (24-hr access), which includes sufficient parking for up to ten vehicles, one tour bus/van and trailer with the entire exterior of the property under video surveillance. A fence surrounds the property for client privacy.
