Domestic and international reach approaches 90 million households worldwide
(Nashville, TN – May 19, 2010) Country music news and entertainment television show “Inside Music Row” continues to expand its viewership as its 150th episode airs this week in nearly 90 million households across the globe.
The weekly Nashville-based program, which airs internationally on RURAL TV in Europe and CMC Australia, was recently added to the Resort and Residence Network, increasing its reach by 24 million. In June, “Inside Music Row” will begin airing on the American Life Network, adding another 13 million homes to its potential viewership.
“With the recent addition of the Resort and Residence Network to our list of syndicators and the upcoming addition of the American Life Network, our overall reach will soon exceed 90 million households,” says IMR Executive Producer Jeff Moseley. “It’s hard to believe that in just a few short years, ‘Inside Music Row’ has turned into one of the largest syndicated Country music news and entertainment shows around. We’re incredibly proud of that accomplishment.”
Adds IMR Director Brian Covert, “We are thrilled to air our 150th episode. When we started ‘Inside Music Row’ several years ago, I had no idea we’d get the fan reaction we’ve gotten. Some of the most positive feedback we get is about the balance of artists we put on the show. We try to get the big stars, of course, but we also showcase a lot of great music that fans just don’t hear about through any other channels.”
The 150th episode includes coverage of artists Miranda Lambert, Craig Morgan, Dailey and Vincent and a special party for Country Weekly magazine. “Inside Music Row” airs in Nashville on WNAB/CW58 every Saturday night at 10 p.m. CST. IMR can also be viewed online at www.InsideMusicRow.com, www.truecountry.tv, iTunes, and AOL Television.
A production of CJM Productions and The Program Factory, LLC, “Inside Music Row” first aired in October 2006. It currently airs in more than 100 markets and nearly 90 million households around the world.
