Event to take place March 4 with All-Star Lineup at Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum

(Nashville, Tenn. – Feb. 3, 2014) –  The Rochelle Center, Country music star Pam Tillis, and Ford Motor Company have teamed up to present “Pop! Goes Rochelle.”  Held on March 4, 2014 at the Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum, the event will pay tribute to the long-running American television variety show, “Hee Haw.” The show, titled Ford Presents “Hay Y’All! An All-Star Tribute to Hee Haw,” will be a simulated taping of the classic “Hee Haw” television show with performances by Country music newcomers and established artists as well as appearances from Nashville pop culture icons.

Confirmed artists for the event are: Pam Tillis, Lorrie Morgan, Joe Diffie, Lauren Alaina, The Warren Brothers, Amber Hayes, Danielle Peck, The Grascals and more. Mike Snider, a former “Hee Haw” cast member, will also make an appearance at the fundraising event.  More talent will be released in the coming weeks.

The show, produced by Pam Tillis, will benefit The Rochelle Center, a non-profit agency that offers aid and opportunities to individuals with disabilities and their families. The center has been helping those with disabilities achieve their goals for quality lives and community involvement for over 40 years.

“I visited the Rochelle Center for the first time last year and came away so moved and inspired to do anything I could to assist this wonderful, but underfunded center in the heart of our community,” said Tillis. “The long and short of it is—and I cannot overstate this—they are long on tenderness, love and skillful care of their clients, and short on badly needed funds. It is for this reason, I teamed up with the Rochelle Center for this fundraising event.”

Tickets will be available for purchase on Tue., Feb. 4, 2014 through the Country Music Hall of Fame. For more information, you can also check popgoesrochelle.com.
