(Nashville, Tenn. – November 13, 2017) – Country duo, Indigo Summer, released the music video for their second single, “Wants What It Wants,” off their self-titled debut album. The duo, comprised of Bryan Edwards and Hope Nix, think of this single as their signature song. Listen to “Wants What It Wants” here.
“When Hope and I wrote this song, it was when we first started out as a duo, I don’t think we even had a name yet. “Wants What It Wants” has a little bit of everything that Indigo Summer represents. I think it’s one of the most emotional songs that we have, I feel it every time we sing it, and it’s been a fan favorite ever since we added it to our set.” Says Edwards.

“Filming this video was an intense experience. Since the song is dark and moody, Bryan and I wanted to emulate those emotions in our performance, putting our acting skills to the test. It was a long and tiring night of filming, but I think Stephen Byrum, our videographer, captured everything we wanted and I’m proud of how it turned out.” Says Nix.
The duo is excited about the release of the new single and the music video and they are continuing to build the buzz surrounding their album release. The members of Indigo Summer are proud to have co-written all twelve songs on their debut album, produced by Indigo Summer’s own Bryan Edwards and David Dorn.
