Austin Jenckes is a man made for the stage. Whether he’s sitting on a bar stool in the Georgia Theatre in Athens, Georgia performing for 1,000 people by himself or back in the Northwest playing with a full band. His shows are captivating, inspiring and leave those that know him feeling like they are witnessing one of the true under-the-radar talents. His single new single “In My Head” was released Oct. 19th & Rolling Stone Country named him one of their “10 Artists You Need To Know” in 2018 saying “he sounds like a gnarly, but vulnerable, country-blues singer with the introspective songwriting chops Nashville thankfully continues to reward”.
Lisa Wright; At first glance, is a 5ft, blonde, Essex girl who seemingly charms her way into the audiences’ affection by cracking jokes and telling stories but then she begins to play… and the room goes silent. Described as ‘Kacey Musgraves meets John Mayer’, it’s clear from your first listen that, to Lisa, lyrics mean everything with Inside Nashville describing her as: “intelligent, elegant and beyond her years”. With huge support from local BBC Introducing, Lisa was announced as one of their emerging ‘Sound of 2017s’ and subsequently was handpicked by BBC 6 Music to showcase at Latitude Festival. Since then, Lisa’s reputation sky-rocketed and she was invited to support major artists such as: Cam, Ward Thomas, Eric Paslay and Phil Vassar on their UK tours and was added to the lineup of C2C Festival 2019 at London’s O2 Arena. After impressing transatlantic audiences; the Nashville Songwriters Association (NSAI) recognized Lisa as their ‘One to Watch’ and championed her for her emphasis for writing memorable pop-country tracks with a flair that’s true to her British roots. In December 2018, Lisa was nominated as ‘Best Live Country/Folk Act’ at the UMA Awards.
A “true representation of current country for the next generation” (CMT), newcomer Cash Campbell is bursting onto the music scene with “The In Between.” The track is currently Top 25-and-climbing on the MusicRow Country Breakout chart, and closing in on Top 40 on the Billboard Country Indicator chart. With his lush sonic palate – glittering, guttural and ethereal – it’s no wonder that fans around the globe are already captivated by Campbell as he continues to rack up MILLIONS of streams on multiple platforms since the release of his debut song “Cannonball.” After growing up singing in a small-town Texas choir and spearheading several different rock-focused bands over the years, Campbell’s deep-running Lone Star roots began to show as his solo career took shape. His Southern heart and worldly mind are fully evident on tracks “Don’t Wanna Think About It,” “Little Things,” and “Gravity,” with each available now on all digital retailers. Building a fan base on the road, he has shared the bill with Country’s brightest stars including Chris Lane, Granger Smith, Gary Allan, and Dylan Scott.
Two Ways Home are the songwriters and alt-country/folk duo Isabella Mariee – originally from Vienna – and Lewis Fowler, who grew up in Gloucestershire. In the three years that have passed since the release of their debut EP ‘Wood For Trees’(March 2015), the band have enjoyed radio play across the UK & Europe, toured internationally – sharing stages with artists across the country/Americana spectrum from Phil Vassar to Red Sky July – and have been featured extensively in print publications including Maverick Magazine, Record Collector and The Sun, with the latter describing their sound as “…crystal clear harmonies tinged with melancholy”. Although their live setup is sometimes an acoustic duo or trio, Two Ways Home often play as a five-piece band with Chris Brice (drums), Michael Clancy (electric guitar) and Dominik Told (bass). The pair recently released their third EP, ‘Closest Stranger’ and follow up single ‘OutLaws’. The EP features four brand new songs, including co-writes with Logan Brill, Demi Marriner, and Adam James.
