Manny Blu Releases New Single “95” – Out Now Here

Manny Blu

Country Punk EP Due Out Dec. 31 – Pre-save Available Here

(Nashville, Tenn. – Dec. 10, 2021) Manny Blu has released a new hard-hitting single “95.” The track is the third single to be released off his upcoming Country Punk EP– due out Dec. 31. “95” is available worldwide on all streaming services here.

Written by David Brown and Ryan Pattengale, “95” is personal to Blu because it reminds him of the memories and people who have been with him throughout his music career. The singer has held onto the track for about two years but feels that its lyrics of reflection and authenticity perfectly align with the rest of the Country Punk EP tracklist.

Blu elaborates on the theme of the song, “The track has had many different lives. It feels like the song has grown with me and now is the time to put it on a project. It’s a song about never forgetting the community [one] has back home and the people who have loved and supported you before leaving to chase a dream. It’s a song about family, friends, and relationships that get us through every day.”

Blu recently released two other singles off of his upcoming EP, “Doin’ Fine” and “Too Bad So Sad.” Blu also announced on Nov. 22 that he will be going on tour with Dallas Smith in 2022. For tickets and more information about the upcoming tour, fans can visit https://mannyblumusic.com.

Manny Blu has gained momentum with the release of his third EP, DEViL – a tracklist that uses his Country Punk attitude to express testaments of love and explain where he is at in his life right now. The DEViL EP takes Blu’s created vibe of Country Punk to the next level as it molds the lyrical style of country music with the heavy-infused beats and sounds of punk rock. The EP featured hit songwriters Michael Hardy, Ryan Hurd, Craig Wiseman, Ryan Beaver, and more. Since its release, Blu has been described as “Aldean meets Eddie Van Halen” (Lyric Magazine), and his tracks have garnered massive attention. “Train” (HERE) reached 1M+ streams. The official music video for “Might As Well Lead” (HERE) was broadcast on CMT, Nashville Country TV, CMC Country, and more.

“Valet” received rave reviews as it showcased Blu’s falsetto and ended up on several playlists including, but not limited to the following: Apple’s New in Country, Country Risers, Canada’s Country; Tidal’s Country Waves, Now Playing Nashville, UpStar Music; and Spotify’s New Music Nashville. That single also made Blu the face of Apple Music’s Canada’s Country playlist the week of its release. “Circle Up,” featuring Blaine Holcomb, brought out more of Manny Blu’s rocker side, and lastly, “Rusty Things” debuted with the album and appeared as a special performance for Blu on his Live & Turned Up Series (HERE).

Throughout 2021, Blu’s social footprint on TikTok has grown to a record of 2.5M+ and his YouTube series, which includes his Live & Turned Up concert series, has a record of 1M+ views. Fans can experience Blu’s performance skills by watching the Live & Turned Up concert series here. To date, he has filmed two Live & Turned Up series, which included performance combinations of his own catalog and covers. Blu introduced his sound first in his 2019 EP Leave It Like It Is and his follow-up EP release, New Ink, which involved major songwriters Josh Osborne, Ross Copperman, and Rhett Atkins. Despite the difficulties that all artists faced in 2020, it was still a landmark year for Manny Blu as he continued to make himself seen in the country music community. The promising artist expanded his team to an international level through added representation in the US and the UK.
