This extraordinary event will feature three remarkable artists who have been making waves in the UK country scene. Set to perform are the award-winning Anglo-Austrian duo, Two Ways Home, the talented Northern Ireland singer-songwriter, Shea Rafferty, and indie Singer/Songwriter, Jonny Morgan.
Since its inception in 2016, Nashville Meets London has fostered a special relationship with Two Ways Home, making their inclusion in this residency a testament to their incredible talent and enduring partnership. With their distinct sound and captivating stage presence, Two Ways Home has garnered widespread acclaim and solidified their position as a force to be reckoned with in the country music scene.
Joining Two Ways Home is the Northern Ireland sensation, Shea Rafferty. With his second album, ‘Making History,’ Shea has caught the attention of media outlets and music enthusiasts alike. His heartfelt lyrics and soulful melodies have earned him a devoted following, establishing him as a rising star.
Jonny Morgan’s inclusion in this residency is a testament to his undeniable talent and the unique musical experience he offers. Hailing from the South West of England and drawing inspiration from artists such as The War On Drugs, Ray LaMontagne, and David Ramirez, Jonny’s unashamed passion for ambient, emotive music shines through in his captivating performances. With his transatlantic sound, influenced by his love for country and roots music from both sides of the Atlantic, Jonny has carved a distinct niche for himself in the industry.

The show will take place on Wednesday, July 19, 2023, at 8 p.m. at the iconic PizzaExpress in Holborn, London. The July NML Presents follows the successful debut of Nashville Meets London’s event, “Country Goes Global.” Held in collaboration with Wildhorse Saloon in downtown Nashville, Tennessee, NML showcased a diverse lineup of Country artists representing different countries such as the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, and more. NML Presents! is co-produced by Peter Conway with Peter Conway Management, Nashville-based agency, The AristoMedia Group, and UK-based presenter Matt Spracklen, in collaboration with PizzaExpress Live. Each show features two rising country music artists, one from the UK and one from the US or another territory. About Two Ways Home: Two Ways Home is an Anglo-Austrian duo comprising Isabella MaK from Vienna and Lewis Fowler from Gloucestershire. As accomplished songwriters, they seamlessly blend captivating melodies, rich harmonies, and edgy guitars, crafting a unique fusion of folk/rock with a country twist. About Shea Rafferty: The year 2022 marked a monumental breakthrough for singer-songwriter Shea Rafferty. With the release of his second album, ‘Making History’, the Northern Irish musician achieved remarkable milestones and garnered widespread acclaim. Shea’s musical prowess caught the attention of industry influencers, including Matt Spracklen of CountryLine Radio, Iain Anderson of BBC Scotland, and Ralph McLean of BBC Ulster, who lauded his talent. About Jonny Morgan: Jonny Morgan is an indie Singer/Songwriter hailing from the South West of England. Having spent a considerable amount of time in the United States, his transatlantic sound is distinctly shaped by his affinity for country and roots music. Currently based in North London, Jonny continues to captivate audiences with his heartfelt and vulnerable songwriting, characterized by the soulful influences of Americana. He is dedicating the majority of his time to recording his upcoming project, titled ‘Glass Half Empty,’ slated for release in summer 2022.
