Publicists needing to apply for credentials to Country Radio Seminar 2026 can register here. Those needing to credential more than one individual from the same company must register each person through the online registration system. Please note that only one (1) Artist Representative Laminate can be issued per artist. For example, if three publicists are credentialed from the same company, three different artists must be registered.
An on-site pressroom will be available for booking interviews for your artists throughout the event. Specifics surrounding the media room location and times will be released closer to the event.
If you or your artist wants to register through the CRB to attend CRS-sanctioned events, luncheons, and panels, we encourage you to do so. Full Registration for CRS 2026 is currently available through the CRB website at www.CountryRadioSeminar.com or by contacting the Country Radio Broadcasters, Inc. at (615) 327-4487.
CONFIRMATIONS: Confirmation letters regarding the status of registrations will begin to be issued in mid-January. All decisions as to the status of your registration and credentials are final. Being credentialed for a previous CRS does not guarantee a credential for CRS 2026. We request that you do not schedule any advance, on-site interviews until you have received confirmation of your approved credential.
PRESS LIST: Registered publicists will receive a confirmed list of approved media closer to the event date. The press list will not be released until after registration is closed and all credential confirmation letters have been issued to approved media and artist representatives.
ON-SITE PHOTOS: Photos will be taken by the official CRS photographer and are available upon request. Should you have any specific advance photo requests, please contact Christy Walker-Watkins at christy@aristomedia.com or 615-269-7071 ext. 124.
