(NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Sept. 28, 2026) ECCHO Live has opened registration for its free 15th annual ECCHO Live Workshop, set for Tuesday, Nov. 10, at Soundcheck at Rock Nashville, and announced veteran tour manager, audio engineer, and ECCHO Live Board Member Chuck Hull as this year’s keynote speaker. Hull will lead a conversation titled EVOLVE, reflecting on the changes that have shaped the live events industry and the lessons learned throughout his more than five-decade career.
Hull began his career in audio with Clair Brothers in the early 1970s, embarking on a journey in live music that would span more than five decades. He later spent 20 years as tour manager for Keith Urban before retiring from touring in 2024. In recognition of his contributions to touring and production, Hull received a career achievement honor presented by Urban. Having experienced firsthand the technological, cultural and professional changes that have reshaped the touring industry, he brings a unique perspective to a conversation centered on what it means to evolve—both personally and professionally—over the course of a career.
Live event professionals can now register here. Space is limited, and registration is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Interested attendees are encouraged to register today.
ECCHO Live is also sharing a first look at sessions scheduled across three rounds of workshop programming:
Round One: “Building Your Dream Team,” “Leading Through Crisis,” “Level Up,” “The Freelancers Playbook” and “Health Insurance Options”
Round Two: “Load in to Load Out,” “Prepare Before You Need To,” “The Long Game,” “AI For Touring” and “Starting Your Business”
Round Three: “The Tour That Changed My Life,” “Fresh Outta Comps,” “Making a Career Out of This” and “Sleep Like You Mean It”
The sessions will address career development, leadership, health, business and the changing tools of touring. Speakers and moderators for the sessions, along with additional programming details, will be announced over the coming weeks.
Founded in 2011 as Touring Career Workshop, the event began as a single-day gathering created to answer HR-related questions for people working in live touring. 15 years later, ECCHO Live supports the industry year-round with resources focused on mental health, financial wellness, career development and building a sustainable life in live events.
This year’s workshop moves to the larger Soundcheck at Rock Nashville, bringing together professionals from touring, festivals, production, venues, vendors, manufacturing and the broader live events community for education, resources and connection.
