(Nashville, Tenn. – Oct. 24, 2012) BGC Records/GMV Nashville artist Bobby Cyrus is world premiering the music video for his debut single, “Milkman’s Eyes,” on Oct. 25 on GAC’s “Daily Countdown” program.
The upcoming single is a cleverly written, tongue-in-cheek duet performed with Cyrus’ cousin Billy Ray, who co-wrote the song and also appears in the John Lloyd Miller-directed video. The premiere of “Milkman’s Eyes” is set to air Thursday, Oct. 25, on GAC’s new “Daily Countdown” show, which encourages fan voting and requests each day. The program airs Monday – Thursday, from Noon – 2pm and 6 – 8pm ET.
“Bobby is a great vocalist; he’s got a great voice,” says Billy Ray. “I felt honored that he chose to cut ‘Milkman’s Eyes’ and I went in and did some harmonies with him. I’m so proud of Bobby and the sound he’s got going. It’s got a family blend to it.”
