Shares Her Lower Body Workout Routine

(Nashville, Tenn. – December 4, 2013) – Country music newcomer Maggie Sajak is currently featured on SELF.com’s “Celeb Move To Steal.”  In the article, Sajak reveals how she balances a music career, student life at Princeton University, and staying in shape.

In the interview, Sajak discusses her favorite workout, jogging with bandmates, and demonstrates a lower body excercise.  “I always feel so refreshed and energized after a workout. It gives me energy and focus to do any other work I have that day,” says Sajak.

Maggie Sajak’s current single “Wild Boy” is currently at Country radio. The track is an upbeat, rhythmic salute to a rebellious boy with an intoxicating wild side.  Produced by Josh Leo (Martina McBride, Love & Theft), “Wild Boy” showcases Maggie’s personal experience from a self-reflective point of view and is a natural step in her maturation, not only as an artist, but also as a young woman.

A music video for the single was shot at ACME Studios in Brooklyn and was conceptualized through a collaboration of top photographers, directors, stylists and artists, whose artistic interpretation of the song led to an honest and refreshing video.  Teen Vogue premiered the music video exclusively, but it is also now available through Maggie’s YouTube.

Maggie has also released a special track called “Live Out Loud,” a song inspired by a teen cancer patient. The song is available on iTunes with proceeds going to cancer research at Johns Hopkins Hospital. A lyric video was created for the live for the moment ballad.

Maggie Sajak’s first single, “First Kiss,” was released when she was 16-years old. The song was featured in two Country Music Television productions and the Hallmark Movie Channel flick, “Our Wild Hearts.”

Now 18, Maggie is writing and recording music in Nashville for a full-length album, which is set for release in the Spring of 2014. “Wild Boy” was released through Back East/ GMV Nashville and is currently available on iTunes here.
