(Nashville, Tenn. – May 13, 2015) – Country music legend John Anderson will join Keith Urban for a collaborative performance on “ACM Presents: Superstar Duets,” a CBS special featuring Country music luminaries and chart-topping artists. The two-hour musical event will air on Friday, May 15.
“ACM Presents: Superstar Duets” was taped during the recent 50th Annual ACM Awards in Arlington, TX, and features an evening of unforgettable collaborations between country legends and modern acts.
In addition to the upcoming “ACM Presents: Superstar Duets” on May 15, Anderson will join Keith Urban again for a performance at Cheyenne Frontier Days in Cheyenne, WY on July 25. Most recently, Anderson announced that he is releasing a new album, Goldmine, on May 26. Produced by Joe Spivey, the album marks Anderson’s first release in nine years, and will be released on his own record label, Bayou Boys Music. The 13-track collection of original material features authentic lyrics and Anderson’s signature sound. The award winning and Hall of Fame songwriter wrote or co-wrote 12 of the album’s 13 tracks. Additionally, lead off single “I Work a Lot Better” will be shipped to radio on May 11 and will be available for download on iTunes, Amazon and other major digital retailers.
