CRB/CRS Now Accepting Applications for Lisa McKay Women in Radio Scholarship – Submit Application Here!

Last Day to Submit Applications is October 13

(Nashville, Tennessee – September 18, 2025) The Country Radio Broadcasters (CRB) and Country Radio Seminar (CRS) are now accepting applications for the Lisa McKay Women in Radio Scholarship. This prestigious scholarship honors the legacy of Lisa McKay, an influential figure in the radio programming industry who remains an inspiration to aspiring female leaders. 

Eligible applicants must be either a female college senior broadcast communications student involved in radio programming or a female with one to three years maximum experience in the radio business as a Program Director, Assistant Program Director, or Music Director. Applicants must also be first-time CRS attendees.

The application window is open now through October 13, 2025. Three scholarship recipients will each receive a package that includes full registration for CRS 2026, round-trip airfare to Nashville, and hotel accommodations at the Omni Nashville Hotel. In addition, recipients will be recognized during CRS 2026 week. Interested parties can apply here.

CRS 2026, scheduled for March 18–20, promises a dynamic schedule of educational panels, networking opportunities, and workshops aimed at providing valuable insights and takeaways for attendees.
