(NASHVILLE, Tenn. — June 24, 2026) Country Radio Broadcasters (CRB) has released the latest installment of its acclaimed CRS360 webinar series, now available for on-demand viewing (here). Titled “Country Coalition: Family Reunion or Family Feud?,” the session reveals some myth-busting data about how country music fans perceive songs and artists from different eras while examining the growing intersection between country and pop music, specifically through the recent proliferation of artist collaborations.

Presented by Hal Rood, President of Strategic Solutions Research, the webinar delivers exclusive research examining whether younger country fans embrace traditional country music, whether longtime listeners connect with today’s contemporary sounds, and how audiences are responding to the recent surge of collaborations between country and pop artists.

The research provides a comprehensive look at listener preferences segmented by age, gender, and geography, offering valuable insights for programmers, broadcasters, record labels, artists, and industry professionals seeking to better understand evolving audience tastes.

Moderated by Justin Chase, Chief Content Officer for Beasley Media Group, and RJ Curtis, Executive Director of CRB, the session explores key findings from the study and offers practical recommendations for achieving the ideal balance of music eras and styles in today’s country radio environment.

“‘Country Coalition: Family Reunion or Family Feud?’ explores one of the most important questions facing our format today: how different generations of listeners engage with country music, and it’s not what has been generally assumed,” says Curtis. “This CRS360 session provides meaningful data that can help broadcasters make informed and nuanced programming choices that will satisfy both longtime fans and new listeners.”

The ongoing webinar series delivers education, research, and actionable insights to professionals throughout the country music and radio industries.
