Third Music Video Released off
‘Whiskey and the Dog’ Album – Available Now
(Nashville, Tenn.– Nov. 5, 2021) Creed Fisher has released the official music video for his single “This Town,” which is off of his current album release, Whiskey and the Dog. The music video for “This Town” can now be seen on his official YouTube page here.
Produced and directed by Michael Graef, “This Town” is a reminder for people to be proud and thankful for the hometown influences that have made them into who they are today. The video features all the things that form American memories in the south: football, barbeques, faith, family, and grandma’s homemade apple pie. Filmed in locations in and surrounding where Fisher currently resides in Texas (Downtown Cibolo, Canyon Lake, and New Braunfels), “This Town” is special to Fisher because it is a remembrance of how far he has come in life and those that have helped him along the way.
Fisher elaborates, “The song is about all the things that influence people and make them who they are. It’s a reminder for those to recognize the place they grew up in and how it shaped them into the unique individuals that they are. It’s about love, loss, and real life.”
Fisher has already released two other music videos for singles on the Whiskey And the Dog album. Fans can view the patriotic “The Good Ol’ U.S. of A.” video here and his first video release off of the album, “High on the Bottle,” on his YouTube page here.
Currently, Creed Fisher is on tour with his most recent album release, How Country Music Sounded Before It All Went to Shit, Vol. 1, and is experiencing success at Texas radio. He is also a finalist for the Texas Country Music Awards Roots/ Alternative Artist of the Year. With his last three albums debuting in the Top 5 on iTunes, Fisher hopes his new album Whiskey and the Dog will continue to help him defy the odds.
Like a steely-eyed gunslinger from a Sergio Leone western, he is a man of few words and lets his music tell his story. Fisher has never been one to sell his soul to trends. Keeping it real means writing songs that real people can relate to; the good, bad, and even the ugly. His previous singles, “Rock & Roll Man,” “Be the Hope,” “I’m Growing Older, But I’m Not Growing Up,” and “A Few Good Ol’ Cowboys” all hit Top 10, Top 25, or Top 30 on the Texas Charts. He was also named the BigStar97 Outlaw Country artist of the Year in 2018.
Today, Fisher has upped the ante, joining forces with renegade record label Dirt Rock Empire for the release.
