(Nashville, Tennessee — January 27, 2026) — Country Radio Seminar (CRS) has announced the lineup for its popular “Cycle of A Song” series as part of the Digital Music Summit (DMS) during CRS 2026, taking place March 18–20, in Nashville. Following the success of previous installments, the series will once again offer an in-depth look at how a song evolves from creation to commercial and chart success.

The “Cycle of A Song” series provides a behind-the-scenes exploration of the journey a song takes from inception to audience connection, highlighting the interconnected roles of songwriting, social media, streaming platforms, radio airplay, touring, and fan engagement. Through real-world case studies, the series examines how these elements work together to build momentum and sustain a hit in today’s music ecosystem.

As part of CRS 2026, DMS will feature three “Cycle of A Song” sessions, each centered around a current hit and the artist behind it:

  • Wednesday, March 18 (11:00 a.m. – 11:50 a.m.) — “Single Again” with Josh Ross
  • Thursday, March 19 (2:30 p.m. – 3:20 p.m.) — “Darlin” with Chase Matthew
  • Friday, March 20 (3:00 p.m. – 3:50 p.m.) — “High Road” with Koe Wetzel

Additional panel participants, including songwriters and industry executives involved in each release, as well as session times, will be announced at a later date.

The “Cycle of A Song” concept builds on the success of previous CRS and DMS programming, which spotlighted the lifecycle of major country hits and provided attendees with actionable insights into how songs break in a rapidly evolving digital and radio landscape. The series has become a cornerstone of DMS programming, valued for its practical, transparent approach and its ability to bridge conversations between artists, radio, digital platforms, and industry executives.

Designed to give CRS attendees a deeper understanding of collaboration across the industry, the “Cycle of A Song” series offers key takeaways applicable to radio, promotion, marketing, and artist development.
