(Nashville, TN – March 26, 2014) CRS officials have announced the new leadership for the 2014-2015 Agenda Committee. Jeff Green (Partner/Stone Door Media Lab) will serve as Chairman and Tom Hanrahan (Regional Program Manager/Clear Channel Media and Entertainment) and John Trapane (SW Regional/EMI Nashville) are both named Co-Vice Chairman.
All three will serve through the 2014-2015 term and will oversee the agenda for the upcoming Country Radio Seminar (CRS 2015).
CRS President Charlie Morgan comments, “The Agenda Committee provides a vital service to the Country Radio Seminar. Each year, our event is measured in large part on the quality of our sessions and this is the group of dedicated volunteers that puts our event agenda together. With Jeff, Tom and John providing their leadership, energy and passion, I am confident that CRS 2015 will be among the very best ever!”
Incoming Chairman Jeff Green adds, “While CRS is always a team effort, I’m grateful to the Board and staff for this additional responsibility. I look forward to collaborating with Committee colleagues to produce a strong, exciting agenda lineup for CRS 2015.”
Country Radio Seminar continues to accept applications for the CRS 2015 Agenda Committee through www.CountryRadioSeminar.com. Professionals within the radio and recording industries that are interested in joining the committee can submit applications through Friday, April 4, 2014.
Prospective applicants must be available to attend agenda meetings in Nashville on June 18 through 20, 2014 and are expected to attend panels and meetings at CRS 2015, held Feb. 26-28, 2015.
The CRS Agenda Committee is comprised of volunteer professionals from all areas of the Country radio and record industries. The committee is responsible for planning events for the upcoming year’s Country Radio Seminar. Every year, CRS strives to find a well-rounded contingency of leaders in the Country format. Serving on the agenda committee is a rewarding experience that provides an intimate working relationship within the country radio broadcasting industry.

About Jeff Green: Jeff Green is an award-winning executive, writer, researcher and analyst, co-forming the Stone Door Media Lab in 2012. The Lab is a Nashvile-based creative think tank providing research, analysis, web content and related business intelligence. He previously served five years as VP/Operations at trade publication Country Aircheck in editorial and research roles; database, website and event development; and production. Green’s background includes 22 years in executive posts at the Americana Music Association, Radio & Records, the Country Music Association and Music & Media, based in Amsterdam. A 2013 and 2014 CRS Agenda Committee Vice-Chair, he’s also an RAB-accredited Certified Radio Marketing Consultant and an alumnus of Leadership Music and the Disney Leadership Institute. About Tom Hanrahan: Tom Hanrahan is starting his 29th year in Country radio. He has programmed Country music for 18 years and been with Clear Channel Media and Entertainment for 17 years. He currently serves as Regional Programming Manager for CCME overseeing Birmingham, Montgomery and Gadsden, Alabama.
About John Trapane: John Trapane is a father of two, husband of one and caretaker of three dogs. When he’s not doing that, he has had an illustrious career in Country radio and records! Radio station stops include KIKK/KILT Houston, 93Q Country Houston and 106.7 The Fox in Detroit, on the record side stints at Giant/Reprise, Dreamcatcher and Capitol Records. He is currently the SW Regional for EMI Nashville.
