In addition to early response at GAC (Great American Country), The Country Network and landing the most successful video premiere to date at Yallwire.com, Miller’s “Between Sundays” video has also received placement on GMC (Gospel Music Channel), Sunday’s Kind of Country and GAC’s “Positively GAC” program, among other destinations.
Miller believes the song’s earnest lyrics connect with both Country and Christian audiences because “Between Sundays” underscores the importance of helping out others through simple acts of everyday kindness.
“It’s kind of like walking the walk and not just talking the talk,” says the 21-year-old Indiana native. “I believe it’s important to go to church every Sunday, but I think what’s even more important is what you do those other six days of the week. Like the lyric says, the measure of a man can best be found between Sundays. The message is really about remembering to care for each other, and that’s what drew me toward releasing this song as a single. I’m just thrilled it’s kind of crossing over to other audiences besides Country.”
Miller’s “Between Sundays” music video was shot by award-winning Broken Poet Productions director Eric Welch, who has directed projects for a wide spectrum of Christian and Country artists, including TobyMac, Jars of Clay, dc Talk, Randy Houser, Jamey Johnson, Jewel and Little Big Town, among others.
“Between Sundays” is Miller’s first music video. The single jumped last week to No. 41 on Billboard’s Country Indicator chart as the young singer continues to travel across the U.S. visiting radio stations on his national Country radio tour. Miller’s debut album is due out later this year.

“Between Sundays” lyrics:
His eyes help tell his stories, and his knuckles show the scars
From 40 years of fixing flats and working on cars
He believes in being faithful, says dance with who you brung
One of many pearls of wisdom that roll right off his tongue
He says if you can’t feed the hungry, or put a smile on an orphans face,
It don’t mean a thing that you know the words to “Amazing Grace”
And life don’t always run like a well-oiled machine
You catch more flies with honey than you do by being mean
And any time you help someone else, it all comes back around
And the measure of a man can best be found between Sundays
Well he’s never made much money, but he can always spare a buck
For anyone in town down on their luck
I saw him working on a van for a single mom who couldn’t pay
He fixed it up as good as new and sent her on her way
He says if you can’t love your neighbor like you love yourself
Blow the dust off of that Good Book and put it back on the shelf
Cause life don’t always run like a well-oiled machine
You catch more flies with honey than you do by being mean
And any time you help someone else, it all comes back around
And the measure of a man can best be found between Sundays
He’s only missed church twice since 1994
But he knows what matters most is what goes on outside those doors
And life don’t always run like a well-oiled machine
You catch more flies with honey than you do by being mean
And any time you help someone else it all comes back around
And the measure of a man can best be found
Yeah the measure of a man can best be found between Sundays
