Debuting in the 1st week on Billboard Country Indicator at #48 and
Country Aircheck Activator at #58
(Nashville, Tenn. – June 20, 2011) Country singer and performer DJ Miller is continuing to assert himself as one of the up-and-coming artists to watch with the release of “Between Sundays,” the current single from his highly anticipated debut album.
“Between Sundays” is a thought-provoking track that reflects on the values of strong faith and hard work. Written by Richard A. Alves, Gary Duffy, John Colgin and Reid Brannon, it follows Miller’s most recent single, “Whatever It Takes,” which saw the engaging performer shoot up the charts and kick off a nonstop, whirlwind radio promotion tour. Miller continues his hectic schedule of station visits this summer with an extensive, coast-to-coast radio tour in support of “Between Sundays.”
This week, the 21-year-old singer is shooting a music video in Nashville for the new single. Acclaimed Broken Poet Productions director Eric Welch (Jamey Johnson, Jewel, Randy Houser, Little Big Town) is shooting the “Between Sundays” video. It is Miller’s first music video from his debut album, due out in the coming months. The Indiana native is putting the finishing touches on the project in between shows and station visits on his radio tour. Music Row veteran Johnny Morris is producing the project.
