(Nashville, Tennessee, September 23, 2025)  THERE ARE NO WORDS, but we have a few is a new podcast created by three mothers navigating life after the unimaginable – the loss of a child. In this raw, unfiltered series, they transform their private grief into a public conversation, offering connection, compassion, and community for others walking the same path.

The podcast is guided by three remarkable women whose lives and careers bring depth and perspective to each conversation. Brought together by the indescribable loss of a child, they share their stories with honesty and courage.

Anastasia Brown, a Grammy- and Oscar-nominated music supervisor and content strategist based in Nashville, is known for her work on films such as August Rush and The Shack. Beyond her celebrated career, Anastasia brings her honesty and insight as a mother grieving the loss of her son, Wilson.

Valarie Allyn Bienas is a gifted photographer, creative director, and storyteller who has spent over a decade capturing the lives of musicians and artists. After the loss of her son Rosino, Valarie now carries forward his creative legacy through candid exploration of loss, recovery, and resilience.

Dawn Huie is a passionate advocate for mental health and parental grief community building. Having experienced the sudden loss of her son Ryan, Dawn is committed to creating spaces where grieving parents feel safe, connected, and understood.

In the wake of that profound grief, they ask the tender question: How does a mother go on when the presence of her child is forever felt, yet only their spirit remains to hold? Through open dialogue, shared stories, and mutual support, they’ve discovered that grief is not a burden meant to be carried alone.

“This podcast is our collective of pain, reflection, resources, inspiration, and stories,” say the hosts. “We’re creating a space where vulnerability is welcomed, and healing, even in the smallest ways, can begin. Our hope is to become a support group for anyone enduring the deepest loss a human can experience.”

THERE ARE NO WORDS, but we have a few launches on September 24th across all major podcast platforms. Each episode will feature candid conversations, personal insights, and practical tools to support others navigating grief.

Listeners can expect heartfelt storytelling, shared tears, and the comforting reminder that they are not alone. As the hosts affirm: “Grief shared is grief halved.”

The hosts invite listeners to visit www.therearenowordsbutwehaveafew.com/ to sign up, share their own stories, and submit questions. This ongoing dialogue will help shape future episodes and ensure that the podcast becomes a true community space for connection and healing. Tune in starting September 24th and join the conversation.
