This panel will provide tips on managing great talent, be it radio or professional athletes. With each talent so unique, how do you unlock the secrets to motivating high performers? Barry Layne Switzer has served 16 years as head football coach at the University of Oklahoma and four years for the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League (NFL). He has one of the highest winning percentages of any college football coach in history. Steve Reynolds began his successful career by working in morning radio. After making a professional transition, Reynolds opened his own company, The Reynolds Group. For years, Reynolds studied the art of connecting with audiences, what motivates the listeners to return and the prep it takes to stay successful in the industry. He created The Reynolds Group to help managers and talent develop a strategy to succeed to grow positive personality images while relating to the talent in a way where they buy in to grow their audience share.
