Rendezvous Music Festival Announces Partnership with the National Sports Center for the Disabled (NSCD)
(Nashville, Tenn. – June 19, 2014) – Rendezvous Music Festival, presented by Be Live Events, is coming to Beaver Creek, Colo. Sept. 19-20, 2014.
To kick off the weekend, event organizers have planned the Red Sky Ranch Golf Outing, which will serve as the official kick-off to the Rendezvous Music Festival and will be held on Friday, Sept. 19 with a 9:30 a.m. brunch at the Red Sky Ranch Fazio clubhouse. The brunch will include food, drinks and an acoustic performance from one of Rendezvous’ performers. Golfers will then tee off on Red Sky Ranch’s Fazio Course, which was named as the No. 1 Golf Course in Colorado by Travel & Leisure Golf, for an 11:00 a.m. shotgun start.
The festival has also formed a charity partnership with National Sports Center for the Disabled (NSCD out of Denver). Half of all earnings from each Foursome Package will be donated to the NSCD.
Rendezvous Music Festival is offering three Red Sky Ranch Golf Outing packages including the Foursome Package, Individual Golf Package and an A La Carte Golf Package.
The Foursome Package includes tee times for four individuals, four Rendezvous Music Festival Weekend Passes, four swag bags, brunch prior to golf outing at Golf Club with musical guests and an opportunity to win great prizes. The Foursome Package is $2,000, plus a service fee.
The Individual Golf Package includes one golf tee time, one Weekend Pass ticket, a swag bag, brunch prior to golf outing at the Golf Club with musical guests and an opportunity to win great prizes. The Individual Golf Package is $500.00, plus an additional service fee.
The A La Carte Golf Package includes one golf tee time, plus swag bag, brunch prior to golf outing at Golf Club with musical guests and an opportunity to win great prizes. The A La Cart Golf Packages is $400, does NOT include passes to Rendezvous Music, plus an additional service fee.
Tickets to Rendezvous Music Festival and the Red Sky Ranch Golf Outing are now available for purchase through http://www.rendezvousbc.com. Three ticket options are available for the festival alone: Weekend Pass, Saturday Day Pass and Strawberry Park General Admission.
Confirmed performers for Rendezvous Music Festival include Dawes, Jason Isbell, Patty Griffin, Wade Bowen, Paper Bird, Jackopierce, Andrew Ripp, Kylie Rae Harris and Michaelis. Weekend Passes are $145 per person and allow admittance into all festival locations and events that take place during the two-day festival. The weekend Pass package includes Friday’s “An Evening In The Rockies” event featuring live music and wine pairings at private luxury homes in Beaver Creek Village, which begins at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 19. Saturday’s Strawberry Park Outdoor Stage is also included for Weekend Pass holders, with doors opening at 12:00 p.m. and the show ending at 6:30 p.m. This stage will feature performances by Dawes, Jason Isbell, Paper Bird, Wade Bowen, Kylie Rae Harris, and more. Weekend Pass holders will enjoy two complementary drinks during the Strawberry Park Outdoor Stage performances, and also receive a commemorative Rendezvous Music Festival blanket. The Weekend Pass includes admittance to the Vilar Performing Arts Center with performances beginning at 7:30 p.m. Confirmed performances for the Vilar show include Jackopierce, Andrew Ripp and Patty Griffin. Weekend ticket holders will also enjoy entry to a private reception prior to the Vilar show where they can enjoy complementary beverages and mingle with the artists.
Saturday Day Passes are $95 per person and offer admittance into shows scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 20. These tickets include the Strawberry Park outdoor stage show which runs from 12:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. featuring Dawes, Jason Isbell, Paper Bird, Wade Bowen and Kylie Rae Harris with more performers to be announced. The Saturday Day Pass also includes admittance into the Vilar Performing Arts Center Theatre, which begins at 7:30 p.m. and features performances by Jackopierce, Andrew Ripp and Patty Griffin.
Strawberry Park General Admission is $35 per person and allows admittance into Saturday’s outdoor Strawberry Park show only. The outdoor event will take place from 12:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. and include performances by Dawes, Jason Isbell, Paper Bird, Wade Bowen, Kylie Rae Harris and many more.
