(November 30, 2017 – Nashville, Tenn.) – Eugenia Hall has gone from a well-kept secret to a favorite among artists and industry professionals. This unique spot has a lot to offer the music community all under one roof.

“The range and caliber of artists we’ve had at Eugenia Hall during our first year has far exceeded expectations. R&B, rock and country Grammy winners and nominees all have used the space in different and inspiring ways,” says co-owner Ben Ford.

Eugenia Hall provides everything from an ideal rehearsal/performance space to a cozy, intimate setting for industry events, media days and label meetings – yet is also a great choice for video shoots, along with writer’s rooms for songwriter retreats. Tucked away in Berry Hill, Eugenia Hall is centrally located and only moments away from downtown, Music Row and interstates. See some of the client videos here .

“Eugenia Hall is an artist-first facility,” says co-owner Michael Ford, Jr. “As musicians, we know the importance of working in a space that has great acoustics and also provides a private and vibe-y atmosphere.”

The facility opened its doors on January 1, 2017. Eugenia Hall is owned and operated by the Ford Family; father, Mike Ford and brothers, Ben and Michael Jr., who have been immersed in the Nashville music scene since 2005. Designed by Steve Durr, who’s past work includes studios for Dan Auerbach, Mark Ronson, Lenny Kravitz, among others. Tech specs can be found here.

The facility also houses a production room, a covered load-in area, as well as a lounge and two restrooms. The layout allows clients to use the space for multiple artistic purposes.

As principal members of folk-rock band The Apache Relay and now, Airpark, Ben and Michael Jr. have performed across the USA, Canada and Europe and have had their music placed in a variety of films and media programs.

The hall is available for single-day (8 a.m. to 12 a.m.) or multi-day rentals (24-hr access), which includes sufficient parking for up to twenty standard vehicles and can accommodate one tour bus/van and trailer. The entire exterior of the property is under video surveillance, while a fence surrounds the property for additional client privacy.
