Born from the success of Live In The Vineyard (LITV) and Live In The Vineyard Goes Country (LITVGC) comes the Elevation series, which will feature premier travel destinations and performances by new and established artists, culinary delights, winemaker pours, and uniquely curated activities. Like LITV and LITVGC, Elevation will bring music supervisors, radio programmers, DSP curators, label executives, VIPs, corporate hospitality groups, and more from around the country to experience the event. Elevation allows artists to fully tap into their creativity and draws in an element of adventure through activities and excursions, sometimes led by the artists themselves.
The LITV series was established in Napa Valley in 2007, where wineries regularly host VIP guests for artist performances and exclusive wine-focused dinners at the vineyards. Elevation strives to bring elements of Napa Valley and transcend them to other hand-selected markets and locations that exemplify Zen and beauty where the artists and guests can embrace the local culture. The featured wineries in the inaugural Elevation event will help to bring the spirit and taste of Napa Valley to the magical mountain setting in Beaver Creek.
Cakebread Cellars, founded by Jack and Dolores Cakebread in 1973, has earned a reputation for exceptional wines and gracious hospitality throughout its nearly 50-year history. Cakebread is led by second-generation family members Bruce and Dennis Cakebread, and was one of the first wineries in the valley to embrace sustainable winemaking and farming practices, which continue today.
Second-generation family members Blakesley and Cyril Chappellet will be on hand to pour the Chappellet winery’s highly-regarded signature wines. Founded by Donn and Molly Chappellet in 1967, the Chappellet wines are handcrafted to embody the rugged terroir and intensity of fruit that have made Pritchard Hill in the Napa Valley famous.
Eleven Eleven, founded by Ellie Anest and focused on single-vineyard wines, is the only urban winery and tasting room in the City of Napa. Anest will be sharing her boutique winery’s limited-production wines with guests, that are crafted by all-star winemaker Kirk Venge.
Nickel & Nickel is devoted to 100% varietal, single-vineyard wines, focused on Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Each Nickel & Nickel wine is a celebration of place and reveals how vineyards only miles apart, but of the same grape varietal, yield wines of unique character and distinction.
Family-owned since its inception in 1983, two generations of the Peju family are involved in the eponymous winery. Noted for its Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and proprietary red blends, Peju wines are 100 percent estate grown. Focused on sustainable practices, the winery’s original 30-acre parcel was certified organic in 2007.
Trefethen Family Vineyards crafts distinguished estate-grown wines. Established in 1968 in the Oak Knoll District, three generations of the Trefethen family have served as stewards of the estate, carefully tending their land while producing age-worthy wines with a deep integrity of place.
In-person attendance at Elevation is limited and is open only to invited industry guests, including music supervisors, radio programmers, label executives, and corporate partners.
