About Brent Anderson:
Sea Gayle Records/Arista Nashville recording artist Brent Anderson has just been chosen as one of Billboard’s “Best Bets for 2012.” A Pascagoula, Mississippi native, Anderson co-penned his debut single, “Amy’s Song,” which is currently climbing Country airplay charts. At age 13, Anderson was fronting his own band, and by 17, his gift for songwriting caught the ear of Nashville, earning him his first publishing contract in 2005. A distinctive vocalist as well as a skilled guitarist, Anderson co-wrote all of the songs on his upcoming debut album, helmed by noted producer Frank Rogers (Brad Paisley, Darius Rucker). Bowen has made a living of 200-plus nights a year on the road and patient grassroots fan development. With nine No. 1s on the Texas Music Chart, multiple awards including 2009 Texas Music Awards’ Male Vocalist of the Year and the 2010 Lone Star Music Awards’ Live Act of the Year, three studio albums and a Live At Billy Bob’s CD/DVD combo at the iconic club in Fort Worth under his belt, the Texas native is currently in the studio recording his first album for a major Country label.
