(Nashville, Tenn. – July 8, 2021) CRS has announced the next installment of its CRS360 webinar series, to be held Thursday, July 15 at 1 p.m. CST. Titled Re-entering the Post-COVID Workplace Part I: Emotional IQ for Employers/Managers, the upcoming interactive session will offer valuable insight to leaders and help them use emotional intelligence, compassion, and communication to support employees in navigating the transition to a new environment of work post-COVID.

July’s webinar is one of a two-part series examining the latest best practices for employers and company leadership to adjust, plan for, and manage potential challenges everyone may face as they return to the workplace. Unlike past CRS360 webinar events, this session will feature breakout rooms where attendees can discuss the topic and more closely interact.

The webinar will feature panelists Cory Colton, Principal Coach at Inflection Point Coaching, LLC, and Diane Watson, Executive Coach at PCC. CRS Executive Director, RJ Curtis, will moderate the panel.

CRB Executive Director RJ Curtis comments, “Last year’s COVID quarantine created sudden, seismic workflow and work/life balance changes for companies and their employees. Simply undoing those practices seems unrealistic as our industry returns to the workplace. CRS wants to help leaders and their teams learn how to maintain efficiency and productivity. Cory and Diane will lead this interactive workshop and help navigate whatever the ‘new normal’ looks like.”

Part two of the Re-entering the Post-COVID Workplace series will take place in August.

To register to attend the July edition of the CRS360 webinar series, sign up HERE. Only a limited number of slots are available and will be given on a first-come, first-served basis.

CRS will return in-person in 2022 and is set for February 23 – February 25, 2022, at the Omni Nashville Hotel. Registration for next year’s event will open later this year.
