Backstage Access Presents Napa Valley Announced for April 14–16, 2026
(Nashville, Tennessee – January 6, 2026) Music industry executive and longtime relationship-builder Bobbii Jacobs has unveiled Backstage Access Presents, a destination-driven event series designed to bring artists and industry tastemakers together in intimate, experience-led settings. Backstage Access Presents kicks off 2026 with a Napa Valley event April 14–16, blending curated live music with culinary experiences, world-class wine, and cross-format dialogue.
Known for her ability to bridge relationships between artists and industry across multiple formats, Jacobs has built a career creating environments where conversations turn into collaborations and careers are meaningfully advanced. Backstage Access Presents extends that long-standing approach beyond traditional industry settings, pairing music with iconic destinations to encourage deeper engagement among artists, programmers, music supervisors, partners, and tastemakers.
Jacobs’ past events have brought together artists and industry professionals representing Americana, AAA, Country, Hot AC, Pop, Rock, and beyond, creating a rare, multi-format ecosystem that reflects how music is truly consumed today. Through curated live performances, shared meals, immersive experiences, and intentional downtime, Backstage Access Presents is designed to remove barriers and encourage authentic relationship-building.
“I’ve always believed the most meaningful industry moments happen outside of conference rooms,” said Jacobs. “Backstage Access Presents is about creating an environment where artists and industry leaders can truly connect, where conversations are organic, collaboration feels natural, and everyone leaves inspired.”
“Bobbii Jacobs creates magic! I have had the honor of working with Bobbi for many years,” said Leslie Fram, Co-Founder of FEMco. “She has an undeniable vision for creating once-in-a-lifetime experiences that incorporate her passion for being a true artist advocate and champion. She works tirelessly to amplify the voices of emerging artists while also shining a light on today’s superstars. Bobbi understands the dynamics and intersection of brands and music, offering brands innovative ways to engage audiences through a strategic, respectful, and creative approach that truly resonates with consumers,”
“Bobbi consistently delivers unforgettable, can’t-miss experiential events that set the standard for excellence in the music industry,” added JoJo Turnbeaugh of iHeartMedia. “Her ability to create first-class experiences for professionals and VIPs is unmatched — every detail is thoughtfully curated to ensure guests feel valued and inspired. When Bobbi is behind an event, you know it will be nothing short of extraordinary.”
The launch of Backstage Access Presents follows the successful debut of Heartland in August 2025, a destination event held in Eastern Iowa that blended music, agriculture, and purpose. The inaugural Heartland event raised more than $100,000 for the Iowa State University Foundation, supporting the Iowa Concern Hotline and expanding mental wellness resources for farmers and ranchers. Featuring intimate performances, farm-to-table experiences, and a landmark closing concert at the Field of Dreams Movie Site, Heartland demonstrated Jacobs’ ability to create impactful, experience-driven events that resonate deeply with both industry leaders and the communities they serve.
More than a live music showcase, Backstage Access Presents is positioned as a breeding ground for collaboration, where artists are introduced across formats and industry leaders can discover music in a setting that mirrors real life.
Additional details, including participating artists, programming highlights, and future destination announcements, will be revealed in the coming months.
