(Nashville, Tennessee – October 20, 2023) The Women’s Music Business Association (WMBA) is thrilled to announce its upcoming event, the “Music Is My Business Panel,” scheduled for Tuesday, October 24th, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Academy of Country Music.
Continuing their successful “Music is My Business” panel series, this second installment, titled “Music is My Business, Part Two,” will feature a captivating discussion with the talented singer/songwriter Jenna Paulette and her accomplished team. The panel will delve into topics surrounding creative collaboration and brand-building in the music industry.
Distinguished panelists include Jenna Paulette (Artist), Helena Capps (Manager, Wild Rose Projects), Emily Whitters Craig (Creative Director, Sea Gayle Music), Carrie McDonough (Publicity Coordinator, Essential Broadcast Media), and Taylor Dempsey (Co-founder & CEO, Rividia). The panel discussion will be expertly moderated by renowned writer, journalist, and red carpet reporter, Taylor Freber (USA Today, US, Vulture, Fox News, NPR, Fandango, Huff Post).
This event marks the second installment in WMBA’s “Music Is My Business” panel series, aimed at supporting their ongoing fundraising efforts. Funds raised through this campaign will directly contribute to WMBA’s vision and mission, which includes fueling diverse programming, expanding recruitment efforts, and empowering more female leaders within the music industry.
WMBA welcomes non-members to attend the event for a $10 donation at the door. This event is open to the entire Nashville music community, making it an inclusive and collaborative gathering.
