Country Goes Global, presented by Nashville Meets London & Chief’s on Broadway, returns with an exciting lineup of performances. The event, scheduled to run from Thursday, June 6 to Saturday, June 8, 2024, will feature daily performances from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., showcasing a diverse array of talented artists from around the world. Country Goes Global aims to provide opportunities and support for artists while propelling the growth of the country music industry on a global scale.
Throughout the three days, Chief’s on Broadway will come alive with the dynamic sounds of artists representing Asia, Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, the United States, and beyond.

THURSDAY, JUNE 6:
- Sheppard (Australia): Undeniably one of Australia’s most successful musical exports, Sheppard is releasing their fourth studio album, ZORA, on June 21st. With the first few singles already topping the Australian airplay charts, the Brisbane-born, Nashville-based sibling trio recently clocked over 1 BILLION combined streams. Their hit song “Geronimo,” now 36x Platinum across 19 countries, continues to break records daily off the back of a run of highly viral videos. Now ramping up for some of their most exciting live shows to date, Sheppard is not to be missed
- Aaron Goodvin (Canada): Double platinum-selling country artist Aaron Goodvin’s previous three albums produced two #1 Canadian singles and several top 10s, scoring multiple CCMA and JUNO Award wins and nominations — notably winning the 2018 CCMA Songwriter of the Year and a prestigious JUNO Award nomination. After a string of sold-out shows on his first headline tour, “It’s the Ride,” Aaron released “Country Dance,” a toe-tapper from the same team Aaron wrote his global juggernaut “Lonely Drum” with; spawning the same line dance craze across the US, Canada, Europe, and Asia. With over 103 million total streams to date, Aaron Goodvin will release a new EP soon that will also include the “love at first listen” single, “Written All Over It,” already climbing the charts.
- Remember Monday (United Kingdom): Their debut single “Drive” topped the iTunes Country Music Chart. The all-female trio rose to fame on The Voice UK in 2019.
- Homegrown Trio (Australia): Signed to Warner Chappell Nashville, this trio has toured with the Jonas Brothers, Kelsea Ballerini, and Jordan McGraw. They recently signed with Metropolitan Groove Merchants (MGM Nashville) and recorded their upcoming releases with Dann Huff, Nathan Chapman, and Joy Williams.
- Sammy Arriaga (Cuban-American) – Sammy Arriaga is a Miami-born, Cuban American singer-songwriter who found his calling in Nashville, Tennessee. Growing up amid the diverse beats of Florida, Sammy developed a love for the classic storytelling of country music. Sammy has shared stages with some of the industry’s biggest names, including Sam Hunt, Brett Young, and Carly Pearce. Sammy’s music has been streamed over 70 million times across all platforms, and he has grown his fan base to over one million followers, along with monthly listeners supporting releases like “The Boat” and ‘Seven Roses Vol. 1 & 2’ – Spanish country cover projects.
- Sacha (Canada): Sacha’s journey from a small town in Ontario to Nashville’s country music scene embodies her unwavering dedication to her craft. Raised in a musical family, she felt destined for the stage, propelled by a deep-rooted passion for country music. Despite the challenges of forging her path at a young age, she found strength in her community and seized every opportunity to hone her skills as a musician. Recognition came swiftly after she was tapped as one of CMT’s Next Women of Country which landed her a U.S. tour supporting Maddie & Tae in Major Cities across the US. Rising rapidly in the Canadian country music scene, Sacha was named iHeartRadio’s “Future Star.” In 2022, she won SiriusXM’s Top of The Country contest and her first certified-platinum single, “What The Truck” (duet with The Reklaws) became the fastest-ever Canadian country song to go platinum in the streaming era and earned her a CCMA Award for Top Selling Canadian Single. Now signed to a global deal with Sony Music Entertainment, her first major label release, “Hey Mom I Made It,” out now, marks the beginning of many new songs she is eager to share as she continues to blaze her trail in country music. This release follows on the heels of a massive year of growth and change for Sacha, who’s 2023 included performances at the NHL All Star Game, CCMAs (Canadian Country Music Awards), and the UK’s Long Road Festival, as well as appearances on high profile red carpets such as the CMA Awards, CMT Awards, and JUNO Awards among others. She has been featured in major outlets such as CMT, Music Row Magazine, American Songwriter, Rolling Stone Country, Billboard, and The Boot, and appeared on top editorial playlists on Spotify, Apple, and Amazon Music.
FRIDAY, JUNE 7:
- Kristian Bush (United States): Kristian Bush is a multi-PLATINUM-selling, two-time GRAMMY® Award winner most known for co-founding the record-breaking Country duo Sugarland with Jennifer Nettles. Last summer, Bush drove his striped umbrella in the sand staking his spot in summertime beach music with his EP “Drink Happy Thoughts.” Since then, Bush has released a series of island versions of his popular songs that marry his signature groovy sound with his reggae influence – and revealed a Sugarland co-headlining arena tour with Little Big Town for the fall of 2024. At the same time he was working on his own music, Kristian was also busy in the studio producing country it girl and ACM Award-winner Megan Moroney. Megan will release her second album later this summer. Bush launched his professional music career in 1994 with the Folk-Rock duo Billy Pilgrim. Within the decade, Kristian formed Sugarland, and the group released debut single “Baby Girl” in 2004. Sugarland went on to chart five No. 1 hits and 12 Top 10 songs. His “Southern Gravity” solo debut in 2015 produced Top 20 hit “Trailer Hitch.” Kristian made a foray into television theme songs in 2016 with “Forever Now (Say Yes),” which he penned and performed for TLC’s popular show “Say Yes to the Dress.” The multi-instrumentalist is also a founding member of Rock Jam band Dark Water alongside his brother Brandon Bush and esteemed guitarist Benji Shanks. In addition, Kristian co-wrote a song for the Atlanta staging of Stephen Schwartz’s “Working: A Musical” and has written three musicals. “Troubadour” (2017) and “Darlin’ Cory” (2021) opened at Atlanta’s Alliance Theatre, and “Me Before You.”
- Abbie Ferris (Australia): Fresh from a breakout set at CMC Rocks QLD, with her new single ‘Shut Up and Kiss Me’ storming up the charts, this will be the debut Nashville performance for this girl from small-town South Australia, whose music harkens back to the sass of ‘90s Shania.
- Amy Sheppard (Australia) – Recently had the #1 country song in Australia (“Small Town Rumours”), and her single, “Overthinking,” just became the #1 independent single on US country radio.
- Tayler Holder (US): With over 20.6 million followers on TikTok, Holder is the 159th most-followed user on the app, cementing his status as a global artist with a broad and diverse following. His impressive reach on TikTok has allowed him to connect with fans from all corners of the world, making his music and content resonate on an international scale.
- Lane Pittman (Australia): His debut EP has dominated the Australian Music Charts, including a #1 in the Australian Country Album Charts. Lane has also been selling out venues on his first headline tour across the Australian East Coast. At 18 years of age, Lane’s music is setting the Country music world on fire.
- Twinnie (UK): Twinnie has garnered critical acclaim from BBC Radio, People, and Billboard for her effervescent pop productions, powerful vocals, and storytelling country lyricism. Her unique blend of pop and country music emphasizes inclusivity and realism. Fresh to Music City, Twinnie made a historic debut at the Grand Ole Opry alongside her US Radio and TV debuts. She continues to build on the success of her Radio 2 Album of The Week release, ‘Hollywood Gypsy,’ and her inaugural American label EP, ‘Welcome to the Club,’ which has amassed over 24 million streams. In 2023, her single ‘Bad Man’ began charting on US Country Radio, solidifying her presence in the genre. Her EPs ‘Blue Hour (After Dark)’ and ‘Blue Christmas’ also achieved significant streaming success, showcasing her organic growth as an artist. As a songwriter, Twinnie has an impressive catalog, writing credits for artists such as Kylie Minogue, Bryan Adams, The Shires, and Landscape. Additionally, she is an accomplished creative director, having won Best Short Film at the British Short Film Awards. Twinnie’s philanthropic efforts have been recognized by Forbes, particularly her work in mental health within the music industry. Her non-profit, I Know A Woman, has been instrumental in standardizing therapy for artists during the pandemic within label and publishing deals. In 2024, Twinnie was named one of CMT’s Next Women of Country, and her ‘Lonely Long’ video premiered on Billboard in Times Square, New York.
SATURDAY, JUNE 8:
- Wesley Dean (Australia): Relocating from Australia to Nashville in early 2021, Wesley Dean, previously known as Wes Carr, marked his entry into the country/Americana roots rock scene with a new signature. His middle name, Dean, became the hallmark of his matured musical identity. His American-produced album ‘Unknown’ received critical acclaim, and he supported notable artists such as Jimmy Messina and Travis Tritt, headlined sold-out shows at the Bluebird Cafe, Basement, Electric Jane, and The Rockwood Music Hall, and performed at the prestigious Nashville Ballet Ball. Previously, under the moniker Wes Carr, he was a celebrated artist in Australia, achieving platinum and gold-selling records and an ARIA number 1 single. He has collaborated with members of iconic Australian bands such as INXS, Midnight Oil, Silverchair and the Little River Band, American icons Mac Davis and Jeff Baxter, and had songs synched to various US projects, including the ‘Teen Wolf’ TV show and feature films like Christopher Guest’s ‘For Your Consideration’. Wesley won the Best Male Artist award at the International Acoustic Music Awards and placed second in the International Songwriting Competition with ‘Lost’, co-written with Don Walker from Cold Chisel. His recent tour, ‘Crazy Hearts Across America’, covered over 5000 miles from Nashville to Los Angeles and is documented in the upcoming feature ‘Crazy Hearts: The Documentary’, premiering in early 2025. His latest album, ‘Music From Crazy Hearts’, recorded at Nashville’s RCA Studio A, released on April 26th and complements his journey of carving out an independent name in the industry.
- Alison Nichols (Korea/US): Signed to BBR Music Group/BMG Nashville, Alison is the first signed Asian-American singer in the country music format. She made waves on TikTok with her debut release, “Is it just me?” which reached over 4.6 million views. Her latest track, “HOOPS,” has garnered over 1 million views and is showing signs of becoming another hit.
- Casey Barnes (Australia): His brand new album, Mayday, is set to release on May 31 and has already seen huge success with an APRA Award for Most Performed Country Work with “Summer Nights,” and five singles off the album reaching #1 in the Australian Country Radio Charts. Barnes also took his electric live show to Stagecoach in the U.S. this April, sharing the stage with the likes of Post Malone and Willie Nelson.
- Hailey Benedict (Canada): Hailey Benedict, the 2023 SiriusXM Top of the Country Winner, 2023 CMAB Horizon Female Country Artist of the Year, and 2022 CCMA Interactive Artist of the Year, is a rising star in Canadian country music. She made history by simultaneously securing the iHeart Radio Future Star and Stingray Trending Track features, propelling her single “Wanted You To” to #25 on the Mediabase country chart, and her 2023 holiday single “Freeze” reached the Top 5 on the Mediabase all-format holiday chart.
- Owen Riegling (Canada): Owen Riegling is the kind of artist so down to earth his boots are always dirty. He’s a small-town kid with his roots firmly planted in the songs he sings. A 2024 Spotify Hot Country Artist to Watch, the last 12 months have been a wild ride for Owen, releasing his hit single, “Old Dirt Roads,” with Universal Music Canada, touring coast to coast, surpassing 1.5M monthly Spotify listeners, working with some of Nashville’s biggest writers and producers, and gracing the main stage at Boots & Hearts – all while managing to keep his feet on the ground.
- Alli Walker (Canada): Recently signed to RECORDS Nashville and Sony Music Publishing, Walker’s fusion of her own bagpipes in the viral Country sea shanty “The Whiskey’s Gone” garnered widespread global attention, with major playlist covers and features in acclaimed media such as Hot Press/Ireland and BBC Radio 2. The song has accumulated over 45 million views across social media. Walker’s latest single, “Dirt On Us,” was produced by Australian hitmaker Lindsay Rimes (Nate Smith, Kane Brown).
